The Practice and the Thurleigh Road Patient Group would like to invite you to a session to:
- Update you on the changes and improvements taking place in the Practice
- Answer any questions you may have
The session would be a follow up to the very well attended coffee morning at the surgery on 24 April.
It will be held at St Luke’s Church (SW12 8RQ) next to the surgery at 2.00 on Wednesday 2 October.
The session will be chaired by Anna Walker, the Chair of the Thurleigh Road Patient Group. The following plan to attend from the Practice

- Tor Godfrey, Advanced Nurse Practitioner
- Neil Lazenby, General Manager
- Monika Shajadee – Practice Manager
- Huma Jagadir, Deputy Practice Manager
- Ezara Thompson – Operations Manager
- Aneesha Dhillon, Physician Associate
- Kamal Mangral, Pharmacist
The session will cover the following:
- Anna Walker will summarise feedback from recent patient surveys and explain the role of the Thurleigh Road Patient Group
- The Practice will talk about the improvements it is making to meet the high demand for appointments particularly the new triage system, why this has been introduced and what it is aiming to achieve
The session will then be opened to questions/ observations from those attending.

This is so we have some idea of numbers. There are limits on the numbers in the church so it will be on a first come, first served basis. It would also be very helpful to have prior notification of any issues you would like to explore.
