Dr Christopher graduated with honours from St George’s Hospital Medical School in 2003 and after his house jobs, spent a year in Melbourne where he had some excellent Emergency Medicine exposure. He also undertook Cardiology, Plastic Surgery and Orthopaedic rotations. For those of you who are fans of the soap ‘Neighbours’ – he actually worked in the original ‘Neighbours’ hospital, spending his lunchtimes in the surrounds of ‘Erinsborough’ and ‘Ramsey Street’!

He joined the VTS scheme in Surrey, completing rotations in Paediatrics, Care of the Elderly and Obstetrics and Gynaecology and took his first GP role in Weybridge, before moving back to SW London.

His special interests include Sports and Exercise Medicine owing to a very keen interest in sport, minor surgery, joint injections and teaching. He also has a private interest in skin cancer detection and digital mole mapping (including working with the first team players and staff at Surrey CCC) as well as Aesthetic Medicine in which he has over a decade’s worth of experience. He is also a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners.

He’s a very keen cricketer and captains one of the teams at Battersea Ironsides CC, and is a very keen tennis player too. Basically throw him a ball and he’ll fetch it! A huge fan of travel, nature and animals and unlike Dr Esdon, supports a successful football team in Liverpool FC!

Interests: palliative care, sexual health and ENT
