How to register with Thurleigh Road Practice

Do you live in the catchment area?

Currently new registrations are taking up to 21 days.  Once we have processed your registration, you will receive confirmation. Please do not call the Practice, as we are unable to bring your registration forward. Thank you.

To be eligible to register at the practice you must live within the practice catchment area.

Please check that your road is included in the catchment area. You can check your postcode below or or using the map.

If you submit a registration form and are not living within the practice catchment area, your registration will not be processed.

FREE NHS Treatment for Ukrainian Refugees arriving in England (25/03/2022)

The Practice is happy to register Ukrainian refugees as long as they are staying within Practice Catchment area.

Registration can be done via online or a registration pack can be obtained at the reception desk.
