Online Medical Requests:
All requests are reviewed daily by a clinician. If your request is deemed to be urgent, you will be offered a same-day appointment.
Examples of urgent medical problems can be: Infections (chest, ear, urine, etc), post-surgical complications.
We also aim to prioritise our elderly, pregnant and young patients under 5 years old.
If your request is deemed to be non-urgent, you will be contacted within 5 working days.

Private Referral Requests
Please request a Doctor’s Letter through the Admin query form with as much information as possible.
You asked, We listened
Following our last patient survey, we have made changes to improve the patient experience:
Medical requests are now open for longer every morning.
We understand that queries for medical requests were hard to access after 8 o’clock. These are now open for longer, giving you more opportunity to access them at your convenience. Please use this option to tell us about a new or ongoing medical issue.
More patient access
Sofia has successfully completed her ANP (Advanced Nurse Practitioner) course and is now a qualified practitioner.
This means that she will be able to see more patients on the day for acute illnesses, referrals, medication reviews and much more.
NHS App
Don’t forget you can order repeat prescriptions through the NHS App. You can also view your medical records which include blood test results, immunisation records, referrals, consultations and any medical documents on your record.
If you haven’t already registered, you can download the app from the App Store or Google Play. You can also use the NHS Website. There is no need to contact the practice for any log in details – all you need is your name and date of birth.
