Vaccinations focus group for people who are immunosuppressed or are carers
Date: Wednesday 15 November, 6pm
Are you or someone you care for immunosuppressed? Do you or they live in Croydon, Kingston, Richmond, Sutton, Merton or Wandsworth? If yes, we want to hear from you.
Would you be interested in joining an online discussion with a local healthcare professional to share your views about the flu and Covid-19 seasonal vaccine. You can also get your questions answered.
Your thoughts about the flu and Covid-19 seasonal vaccine and your reasons for either getting vaccinated or not vaccinating are essential to us. This will help us to ensure everyone has the right information to make informed decisions about vaccinations.
How to get involved
The discussion will take place on Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 15 November, 6pm – 7:15pm. To register your interest or for more information email swlvaccinecomms@swlondon.nhs.uk or call 020 39221498.
If you are unable to access Microsoft Teams and would like to provide your input, please get in touch with Sammy Benfares to discuss the best way to get involved.
As a thank you for your contribution, you would receive a £30 voucher.
Why should I get involved?
- We want to understand why people who are immunosuppressed choose to get vaccinated or why they might hesitate to vaccinate themselves against Covid-19.
- We want to know more about attitudes towards the flu and Covid-19 seasonal vaccination – to understand your concerns and apprehensions about vaccinations.
- We want to learn what information would help to make an informed choice.
How will your feedback help us?
Your feedback will help to ensure that everyone has access to the best information about the Covid-19 seasonal vaccine.
